Shipping

- Delivery times are typically 7–14 business daysfor U.S. and E.U. orders, and 15–30 business days for international orders.
- Tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that international shipments may not always include full tracking.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final.Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
- Refunds are only available in cases where an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If this occurs, customers must contact us within 14 days of deliveryat support@mfsholdingsinc.com with their order number and clear photos of the issue.
- If approved, instructions for return (if required) will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method once the return is verified.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked “delivered” by the carrier.
